Job description

For our Client, we are currently looking for:

Quality and Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Perform verification checks on all intake documentation using appropriate resources to ensure completeness and accuracy. Escalate the completed data to Processing Center for processing
  • Support team Leader and partners with Processing team in the implementation of policies and procedures ensuring documentation management is in adherence with company established guidelines and business processes
  • Work closely with the Processing team to escalate cases while projecting a professional customer service attitude
  • Develop and maintains working knowledge of guidelines, business processes and systems
  • Process improvement
  • Reporting
Requirements
  • Very good knowledge of English min. C1
  • Previous experience in international environment in QA/HR departments
  • HR background preferred
  • Analytical thinking
  • Good knowledge of Excel and SAP (a must)
