Job description

For our Client, international well-known company, we are looking for candidates who would like to take a position of Associate Consultant with English

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting learners through learning programs
  • Solving issues related to HR processes
  • Organizing all necessary logistics for learning programs \ projects
  • Providing guidance to internal clients on study objectives and their requests
  • Taking care of high standards of customer service
Requirements
  • Very good command of English
  • Experience in customer care within international environment
  • Positive, enthusiastic and proactive
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, social media
  • Project management with strong attention to detail
