We are currently looking for candidates to fill a position of Payroll Team Leader with English for our Client.

It is a chance to take part in advanced processes in worldwide growing organization with leader position on Cracow's market. The company is looking for a Leader who takes up a new challenge in newly created project and strengthens the team!

Person at this position will be responsible for:

  • Leading, managing and developing a newly created payroll team
  • Monitoring and prioritizing the team workload
  • Creating and improving procedures and processes
  • Migration of payroll processes
  • Analyzing and reporting of financial dates
  • Controlling and auditing of payroll processes
  • Working closely with a senior management in the organization
  • Growing and developing payroll team
  • Higher education (preferably: Human Resources Management, Labor Law)
  • 2- 3 years of experience in payroll department
  • Good level of knowledge from payroll process ( being an SME) UK labor law
  • Experience as a Team Leader Backup or Supervisor will be great asset
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to implement new ideas, creativity
  • Self-reliance and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work with soft data under time pressure
  • Knowledge of SAP
