For one of our Clients, we are recruiting for a Data Reporting Analyst:
Your duties will include:
- Supporting 4 European teams (reporting, analyses, operational data, technical support, scheduling)
- Providing training on telephony systems and resolving CRM issues
- Operational planning
- Some administrative duties
- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
- Fluent English (C1)
- At least 1 year of experience working with contact center technologies/applications (CRM, Workflow Management software)
- experience with telephony systems: end user, reporting, supervisory, scheduling, IVRs
- Experience in customer service
- Pharmaceutical experience (preferred)
- Second European language advantageous
- Proficiency in MS applications, specifically Excel (recording macros)
