Job Description

For our Client – international manufacturing company, we are looking for Junior IT Support (1st Line).

  • Acting as a 1st line of IT Support through e-mail, phone, chat for company users (OS, hardware, SAP GUI)
  • Solving incidents and service requests
  • Installing/configuring hardware and software
  • Constant monitoring of incidents


  • Experience and practical knowledge of Windows (7 and 10) and MS Office
  • General experience with PC hardware and software
  • Very good English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to understand user problems and solve the issues with good service mindset
  • High attention to details
  • Ability to handle and prioritize several important tasks
  • Driving license
  • Working experience on similar position (nice to have)
