Job Description

For our Client, an international provider of IT infrastructure services, we are looking for successful IT Service Team Operations Manager who will manage the team of 30 highly skilled IT engineers (2nd & 3rd line).

As an Operations Manager you will work closely with Poznan delivery center senior management, company's client and colleagues across company. You and HR will drive employee development plans.

As an Operation Manager, you will be in daily communication with the senior engineers and team members. We expect you to be able to act proactively to ensure smooth service delivery and effective collaboration.
Ultimately, you should lead by example and engage the team to reach goals.

Your tasks:

  • Closely follow the day-to-day service delivery for the customers, acts as a contact for escalations or problem solving related to the service or /and the team
  • Manage SLA and KPIs for delivered services. Responsible for compliance with Service Level Agreements
  • Define and implement service process adjustments in the incident, change, problem and escalation process in close cooperation with the managers of the and the process downers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication. You will be responsible for tracking all agreements made with Service Management and / or customers
  • Manage and support assigned senior engineers to establish and define best practices. Drive team members development activities
  • Develop, couch and mentor assigned team members. Build team engagement and motivation
  • Identify business opportunities with Service Management and the customer
  • Ensure that all billing and invoicing is done on time based on time and material

Wymagania

  • Proven work experience in Service Delivery in international organization, team management
  • Good understatement of various IT technologies like Databases, Operating System, Virtualization etc.
  • Outstanding customer management skills
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills in dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong coordination skills to work activity for self and others
  • Very good command of English language (B2/ C1) and German (B1) is a must
