Job description

For our Client, international company- SSC, we are looking for a person willing to join the team on the position of Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment function across the locations
  • Manage the team of 10
  • Ensure that the company has qualified people in the right time and recruit staff for the service location (talent sourcing, recruiting, selection, interview, hiring and onboarding activities) in coordination with the team
  • Assist with other recruitment projects or initiatives as needed
Requirements
  • Min. 2 years of experience on similar position
  • Experience in team management
  • Extensive experience in the field of recruitment in SSC/ BPO sector/ mass recrutiment
  • Strong service and result orientation
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Ability to travel across locations
