Job description

For our Client Scandinavian company we are looking for HR Generalist with German.

Responsibilities:

  • Support employees via phone and emails in Germany and Austria in various administrative tasks related to HR area: recruitment, reporting, training or the employment life-cycle
  • Support employees or managers related to HR processes, policies, and questions
  • Provide HR data quality in HR system
  • Work together with HR business partners
  • Take part in HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • Very good command in German and English
  • You have a drive for Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in recruitment, reporting, training or the employment life-cycle will be an asset
  • Committed to quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills
