HR Coordinator with Turkish
Your role will be:
- Supporting personnel administration processes and monitoring changes to the employee lifecycle
- Prepering offer letters and contracts according to the policy of the firm
- Updating HR systems, monitoring data input
- Scheduling and coordination of job interviews
- Supporting the coordination of HR department and other recruiting activities
- Other administrative tasks as required
- Excellent knowledge of English and Turkish (written and spoken) is essential
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of MS Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role or in administrative tasks or client focused role in international company
