Job description

For our Client international well-known company- a leader in consulting and outsourcing which won numerous industry awards and its shares are traded on the stock exchange in New York, we are looking for candidates who would like to take a position of HR Advisor with HR Advisor with German/ Dutch /French

You will be responsible for:

  • Solving customer issues related to HR processes via phone, email, web chat
  • Providing guidance to Clients on HR system
  • Supporting other team members
  • Taking care of high standards of customer service
Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral skills one of languages: German or Dutch or French
  • Very good command of English language
  • Experience in customer care within international environment will be an advantage
  • Positive, enthusiastic and proactive
  • Interpersonal and team building skills
