Job description

For one of the largest independent investment companies in Europe, which recently had opened a branch in Cracow

we are currently looking for candidates to fill a position of Fund Accountant with German.

It is a chance to take part in advanced processes in worldwide growing organization.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Daily processing invoices
  • Managing complaints and the escalation of internal and external invoices as required
  • Verifying, posting, and issuing invoices
  • Centrally documenting the invoice status in the invoice ledger
  • Posting and researching relevant documents
  • Coordinating communication with billers
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance or Business area
  • Around 1-2 years of working experience in AP/PtP (Fund Accounting)
  • Very good knowledge of area of securities, derivatives
  • Very good knowledge of English and German (B2/C1)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under the time pressure
  • Knowledge of Excel
