Job description

We are currently looking for Dutch speakers interested in developing their careers in a prestigious corporate environment under a world famous brand. Our client is taking over cash collection processes from abroad, and they are seeking to strenghten their team.

Your main duties will include:

  • contacting business clients, Accounting Departments in particular (via phone or email, according to your preference)
  • Ensuring resolution of queries and delayed payments
  • Monitoring customers’ accounts and identifying outstanding balances
  • Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers
Requirements

You are perfect for this position if:

  • you speak and write Dutch fluently (C1)
  • you have at least 6 months of experience in a customer service or financial administration position
  • your English is very good (B2+)
  • you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
