For our client, prestigious global company, we are looking for candidates for position of:

Finance Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the team of accountants & payroll coordinators to achieve operational excellence and drive continuous improvement
• Managing all aspects of finance and accounting operations of Poznan SSC
• End-to-end management of center finance and accounting operations – treasury/bank accounts, balance sheet, P&L, payroll, local tax/statutory requirements with linkages and support from the corporate tax team, subsidies, and strong integration with global finance and accounting team in Finance SSC
• Lead tax optimization projects to ensure adequate tax liabilities
• Drive continued migration and integration towards one-Firm Finance model
• Implement and maintain a consistent set of finance/accounting policies and systems to facilitate multiple objectives including migration to Oracle, global purchasing model and local benefits/plans
• Oversee internal and external audits including the preparation of audit schedules and auditor requests
• Ensure that all vendor contracts meet financial and accounting requirements
