Customer Service Specialist with Bulgarian

We are currently looking for Bulgarian speakers interested in developing their careers in a prestigious corporate environment under a world famous brand.

Main duties will include:

  • Customer Service activities related to service and repair requests from the customers
  • Ensures resolution of queries within the contractual metrics
  • Monitoring customers’ accounts and identifying outstanding balances
  • Contacting (by email, phone calls) the customers
  • Helping in resolution of potential issues
  • Documenting activities in designed tool
  • Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers
  • Fluent Bulgarian and very good English (oral and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • MS Office (Excel) skills would be an asset
  • Very convenient office location
