Your responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service support
  • Resolving problems
  • Supporting clients via phone (inbound calls), chat, mail
  • Providing consultancy about the company's own products
  • Preparation of internal reports
Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • C1 Level of language following languages German/French/Italian/Spanish/
  • min. B2 level of English (fluent)
  • Ability to team work, and supporting your colleagues and sharing your knowledge
  • Analytical and solving problems ability
