Job description

For international company located in the center of Lodz we are looking for Hebrew speakers to join Customer Service Department.

Main responsibilities:

- receiving incoming contact;
- supporting the customer by phone, email, chat in the range of car rental;
- giving information about additional services (car insurance, baby seat etc.);
- answering customers queries;
- administrating the data.

Requirements

- fluent Hebrew;
- very good English;
- very good interpersonal skills;
- positive attitude.
