For one of our clients we are looking for Project Coordinator with English language who will be responsible for day-to-day management of translation orders, dealing with clients and interpreters, preparing invoices and managing interpreting process.
Responsibilities:
- Contact with translators and interpreters
- Control of workflow in translation projects
- Being the point of contact for clients and translators
- Deliver projects with all requirements and methodology
- Manage client relationships
- Representing the organization to clients
- Supporting colleagues
- Maintain project administration
- Fluent knowledge of English language (C1)
- Knowledge of French or German language (B2/C1) will be a strong asset
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Translations
- Ability to organize work of project within deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communicative skills, problem solving ability
- Computer literate (Ms Office)
