Job description

An international organization based in Poznań, currently is looking for candidate for the position of Contact Center Manager. We are looking for an experienced contact center professional to join our senior leadership team.

Main tasks:

  • Responsibility for implementation of tasks
  • Indicated business line management
  • Setting goals for teams and overseeing implementation
  • Building and maintaining good customer relationships
  • Forecasting trends, providing reports and information
  • Staff planning according to indicators
  • Managing subordinate team (5 Team Leaders)
  • 7 years of experience in customer service enviroment
  • 3 years of experience in team management
  • Fluent in German, min. C1
  • Very good knowledge of English, min. B2
  • Ability to effectively lead, develop, coach, encourage and motivate others
  • Documented successes and initiative in implementing optimization
  • Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple issues
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse audience and at every level of the organization
