Job description

An international provider of advanced solutions for life and science sector is currently looking for an experienced Communications Expert for the role in their Shared Service Center in Kraków. The company offers wide range of opportunities to work with advanced solution and have a real chance to impact processes and the company's culture. Duties:

  • Deliver engaging, relevant and timely content, including material for group meetings and events, digital channels and social media, and to support execution of company programs and objectives
  • Work closely with the marketing, HR and business teams to deliver employee communications
  • Develop communications plans and manage the execution and delivery of these communications plans
  • Ensures internal messages are aligned and consistent across all mediums and in all departments
  • Supports the delivery of employee engagement initiatives and employer branding activities in close partnership with HR department
  • Delivers ad-hoc communication projects for management team
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate broad communications management experience 3-5 years, ideally gained within professional services or in a world-class global organization, with strong working knowledge of the professional services sector
  • Present first-class communications skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as consulting, listening and interpretation skills
  • Represent fluent English language skills
  • Demonstrate meticulous editing skills with very strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest-quality output
  • Represent the ability to develop excellent working relationships with senior-level stakeholders and to influence those stakeholders as a trusted advisor
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills
