Currently for our Client, the fast growing American corporation, the global provider of technology-based business solutions, we are looking for:

Customer Service Advisor with Dutch

The main duties:

  • Providing 1st line support
  • Respond and diagnose problems received via phone, chat or electronic online support (in order to MS Office, Windows, resetting passwords, installations, CRM)
  • Daily contact with Netherlands market
  • Troubleshooting, contact with 2nd line support
  • Support your team and Manager in daily duties
  • Experience in customer service
  • English language skills B2 (spoken and written)
  • Dutch language skills must be fluent (C1)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • High motivation to develop in IT sector/helpdesk
  • Experience gained in IT support area will be a huge asset

Company will consider candidates with experience in IT support from outside of Krakow for 100% remote work.
