Job description

Currently for our Client an American well-known company we are looking for a candidate for position of Client Assitance with Czech. Are you open-minded and communicative person? You speak fluent Czech and English? Would you like to start your career in an international company? If yes - Apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with Clients via phone or email in Czech
  • Creating reports for the Clients
  • Acquiring knowledge about internet campaigns
  • Helping Business Clients in their marketing campaigns in internet (via telephone and email)- building campaigns, optimization of clients' accounts of AdWords
  • Understanding the customer's business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage continued long-term relationship
  • Processing orders set by the Clients
Requirements
  • Very good written and spoken Czech and English is a must
  • Ability to work well with Clients to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships
  • Ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
  • Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoy working in multinational environment
  • Very good communication skills and superior listening skills
