Job description

Currently for our Client well-known company working in BPO sector we are looking for a candidate for position of Client Advisor with Italian/Spanish/German/French/Dutch/Portuguese

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the customer's business needs
  • Providing support for foreign client in accordance with the standards adopted in the company (via telephone and email)
  • Diagnosing and resolving client's issues related to companies product
  • Changing data in internal system
  • Processing of customer’s orders
  • Building long term relationships with clients
  • Supporting team in daily activities
Requirements
  • Very good written and spoken one of the language Italian/Spanish/German/French/Dutch/Portuguese
  • Good knowledge of English is a must
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems
  • Ability to work well with clients to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in multinational environment
  • Very good communication skills and superior listening skills
