Job description

For our Client international company which work in different areas of business like IT, consulting and accountancy we are currently looking for an Client Advisor with French/German/Dutch/Finnish

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the customer's business needs
  • Providing support for foreign client in accordance with the standards adopted in the company (via telephone and email)
  • Changing data in internal system
  • Processing of customer’s orders
  • Building long term relationships with clients
  • Supporting team in daily activities
Requirements
  • Fluent one of the languages French/German/Dutch/Finnish
  • Good English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good communication skills
