For our Client providing payment transactions and financial information services we are currently looking for:
Business, Service & Data Analyst - HR field
- Creation of adequate reports to measure performance by creating an overview of the need for information
- HR data analysis
- Performing data security checks
- KPI and performance reporting
- Creation of Data Quality dashboard for management (HR, Employee Services and Business)
- Identifies opportunities in delivering performance (KPI’s and data quality indicators) based on reports and problems
- Process improvement
- Assures proposals for the implementation of internal quality audits to the Employee Services management and create support for this.
- Manages an up-to-date Book of Internal Control (BIC).
- Identifying undesirable deviations of the internal control rules. Advises Employee Services management on the correct applications.
