Job description

An international organization based in Poznań, currently is looking for candidate for the position of Business Line Manager. We are looking a line manager who is responsible for managing employees and resources to achieve specific goals.

Main tasks:

  • Responsibility for carrying out tasks for the business line
  • Forecasting based on historical data, providing reports and information
  • Managing subordinate team (6-8 Team Leaders)
  • Responsibility for budget, forecasting, SLA's / KPI's indicators
  • Training, coaching and developing team members; including performance management and evaluation
  • Planning the contact center staff
  • Keeping in touch with the client, reporting and delivered solutions
  • Tracking trends, drawing conclusions and recommending the best actions
  • Cooperation with the Service Delivery Manager and other units
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in customer service environment
  • 3 years of experience in team management
  • Fluent in German, min. C1
  • Very good knowledge of English, min. B2
  • Experience in working with KPI / SLA
  • Excellent skills in data analysis, drawing conclusions and taking action
  • Documented successes and initiative in implementing optimization
  • Outstanding communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills
