Job description

We are currently looking for candidates interested in taking the position of Bank & Payment Specialist in an international company.

The main duties will include:

  • Responsibilities for Bank and Payments
  • Daily posting of bank statement transactions via AR, AP and GL modules
  • Preparing supplier payment proposals
  • Processing payment cycles and manual payments in the bank platform
  • Weekly bank accounts reconciliation tasks
  • Month End Bank Reconciliation exercise between more than one bank account
  • Cash Pool and Cash Liquidity reporting on the Aaro system
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Finance or Accounting background stongly preferred, ideally in a similar position
  • Experience in an International Shared Services environment is preferable
  • Fluent English (English speaking Team Leader)
