Job description

For our Client international company which developing Service center in Krakow we are looking for a Back Office Specialist with French

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing data in French language
  • Providing support and consultancy related to information provided by Client
  • Making decisions whether the policy process are not violated
  • Preparing reports for Clients
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Increasing of quality service (process improvement)
Requirements
  • Higher education degree
  • Fluent French and good English skills (B2)
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems (Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good adaptability and flexibility skills
  • Experience in Customer Service will be an asset
