Job description

For our client, international company which specializes in creating innovative solutions, we are looking for experienced candidates for Agile Tester (C++) position.

Duties:

  • Development of frameworks for automated tests (C++),
  • Supporting the team in selecting the appropriate test method and test tools during the whole software development life cycle,
  • Compiling defect and test reports as well as prepare test case documentation,
  • Continuous organizational learning through retrospectives, reviews of testing process and test strategy.
  • Planning and executing optimizations and drive changes,
  • Acting as an agile testing coach
Requirements
  • degree (Bsc./Msc.) in computer science, mechatronics or engineering,
  • Software development experience in C++,
  • Proven record of acting as an agile software tester or a software developer with passion for software quality,
  • Ability and willingness to think outside the box and bring in new ideas to improve the test effectiveness,
  • Open minded, having a strong attitude to "Get things done",
  • Successful cooperation in culturally diverse teams,
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
