Job description

For our client, well-established international company who is currently developing the structures in Cracow, we are looking for candidates for the position of AR/OtC Accountant with French/Dutch/German/Italian/Spanish

who will be responsible for providing high quality accounting services for assigned Clinent’s businesses by performing daily, weekly or monthly accounting activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing professional and proactive day to day service for the Client up to agreed SLA’s
  • Customer Master Data Management in the system
  • Management of the dispute reconciliation process, dunning process, overdue process
  • Credit Control (Management of the credit limit exceeded process in accordance with the credit policy)
  • Processing incoming Payments / Bank
  • Cash Collection - contact with Clients via phone and email
  • Closing of the month and year, preparing special reports
  • Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity
Requirements
  • Few months experience in accounting processes or customer service
  • Very good knowledge of French/Dutch/German/Italian/Spanish (one from the list)
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Good MS Office knowledge
  • Task and time management skills - planning and organising skills
  • Team work and good communication skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure and in short terms
  • Strong motivation to work in accounting in international team
